For those of us, especially in the US, who will be
touched by the memory of the horrors of two years ago,
this is the most perfect advice of all: Pray!

Pray, to draw close to God for healing,

Pray, to draw close to God to learn how to be the
vessel of his peace in this dark world that needs us to
be light and salt and leaven,

Pray, that we may learn to forgive and break the chains
of violence and hate that lead to so much of the
world's misery,

Pray, that we may have the heart of Christ and be
witnesses of the light, and show our fellows something
to do besides sink in the dark that Satan would have us
do.

Pray that our Mother's tears are not for nothing, and
that her words of hope may touch many hearts.

At the foot of the cross today with our Lady of Sorrows,
Sue Stone
