My God, I thank you for protecting me through the night. I praise you
and give you thanks for all the blessings you have bestowed on me. In
union with Jesus, I consecrate to you all my thoughts, words, actions,

Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world. I offer them for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart: the salvation of souls, reparation for sin, the union of all Christians. I offer them for the intentions of our Bishops and of all Apostles of Prayer, and in particular for those recommended by our Holy Father this month.

Before a Crucifix
Behold, O kind and most sweet Jesus, I cast myself upon my knees in Your sight, and with the most fervent desire of my soul I pray and beseech You that You would impress upon my heart lively sentiments of Faith, Hope and Charity, true repentance for my sins and a firm purpose of amendment, while with deep affection and grief of soul I ponder within myself and mentally contemplate Your five most precious wounds, having before my eyes that which David spoke in prophecy of You, O good Jesus: they have pierced my hands and feet, they have numbered all my bones.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Sacred Heart of Jesus, with all its Love, all its sufferings and all its merits.
First - To expiate all the sins I have committed this day and during all my life. Glory be to the Father and to the Son…!
Second - To purify the good I have done badly this day and during all my life. Glory be to the Father and to the Son…!
Third - To supply for the good I ought to have done and that I have neglected this day and during all my life. Glory be to the Father…!

Prayer
I adore You, my God, and I love You with all my heart. I thank You for having created me, made me a Christian and kept me this day. Pardon me the evil I have done, and if I have done some good, accept it. Take care of me while I sleep and deliver me from all danger. May Your grace be always with me and with all my loved ones.
